
Hampton Eadon’s practice areas include representing injured people against insurance companies in all types of personal injury cases including automobile accidents, workers’ compensation, premises liability and various other torts. He is licensed to practice law in the states of South Carolina and North Carolina.
Born in Columbia, SC, where he attended Dutch Fork High School, Hampton received his undergraduate degree from Presbyterian College cum laude. At Presbyterian College, he played varsity football and was elected as a permanent captain by his teammates. He received his J.D. from the University of South Carolina. After law school, he served a one-year judicial clerkship under South Carolina Circuit Court Judge Kenneth G. Goode in Winnsboro, SC.
He is a current member of the South Carolina Bar Association, South Carolina Associates for Justice, North Carolina Associates for Justice and the American Bar Association.
Hampton is a current member of Trenholm Road United Methodist Church. He is married with one daughter.
