Michael S. Swindell focuses on Workers’ Compensation and Social Security cases. He is licensed to practice law in the state of South Carolina. He communicates with clients, providers, attorneys, Social Security personnel and Administrative Law Judges. He also analyzes and formulates the theme, strategy, and tactics for claims. Trial Attorney

Edwin is a Trial Attorney in our Greenville office. Edwin is in constant communication with clients, providers, attorneys, and insurance adjusters. He analyze and formulate claim’s theme, strategy, and tactics while managing all aspects of a claim. He handles automobile, products, and premises injury claims. Edwin strives to maximize client recovery in every case. He analyzes the resolution plan, communicates with clients about offers, risks, and rewards including a full and detailed explanation of every aspect of a case.

Catherine

Receptionist and Records Specialist

Catherine is one of our records specialist. She’s in charge of intake organization as well as file set up and closure. She organizes and aggregates records and bills. She also manages incoming and outgoing communication.

 

Joanne

Receptionist and Records Specialist

Joanne is one of our records specialists. She handles intake and the setup and closure of files.

Paralegal

Karie Hall is one of our paralegals. She communicates with clients, providers, attorneys, and insurance adjusters. She handles location, recovery, organization, and evaluation of medical records and bills, lost wages data, and insurance coverage. She also files claims, manages the litigation docket and categorizes evidence for client jury trials. She analyzes subrogation allegations and the prosecution of appeals needed for government CMS claims. She also manages the distribution of client trust account funds.

Paralegal

Lynne is one of our Paralegals here in Greenville. She communicates with clients, providers, attorneys, and insurance adjusters. Her normal duties include locating, recovering, organizing, and evaluating information such as medical records and bills, lost wages data, and insurance coverage. She is also in charge of analyzing subrogation allegations and prosecution of appeals needed for government CMS claims. Lynne carefully manages and distributes client trust account funds.

 

Marisa

Social Security Paralegal, Bilingual

Marisa is a bilingual Paralegal here in our Greenville office. She is in constant communication with our Social Security clients about setting up and perfecting a Social Security Claim and analysis of eligibility issues. For our Workers’ Comp clients, Marisa translates letters and documents for our Spanish-speaking clients. Marisa is also in charge of gathering medical records, bills and compilation of electronic records for Social Security filing.

Benny

Investigator

Benny is our background investigator in our Greenville office. Benny handles the initial intake of our workers’ compensation, car accident, product liability and premises liability clients. His workload includes investigation and location of other persons of interest to client claims, gathering factual evidence related to collisions or client injuries. He also handles the background investigation of Defendant’s assets and history.

Sherri Southerland

Paralegal

As a paralegal, Sherri is communicates with clients, providers, attorneys, and insurance adjusters. She is in charge of the location, recovery, organization, and evaluation of medical records and bills, average weekly wage data, and insurance coverage. She files claims with the South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Commission. She also handles the management of the hearing docket and categorization of evidence for client hearings. Additionally, she manages the careful distribution of client trust account funds.
