Mitch Williams is a trial attorney who has been at Harris & Graves since 1985 when he started as a law clerk. He focuses his practice on injury cases from automobile wrecks, products liability and premises liability. Mitch focuses on client communication and advises his clients on the best course of action to take in their cases based upon his many years of experience. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, boating and other outdoor pursuits as well as cheering on the sports teams of his alma mater, the Clemson Tigers.
Steve Haymond has tried workers’ compensation and Social Security Disability cases. He has been with the firm since starting with Harris & Graves as a law clerk in 1986. He is a graduate of Wofford College, where he was a 4-year letterman on the baseball team and served as team captain his senior year, and the USC School of Law. Steve spent many years coaching youth baseball teams, and he is a current member of Westminster Presbyterian Church, where he has served several terms as both an Elder and a Deacon.
Hampton Eadon is a trial attorney. His practice areas include representing injured people against insurance companies in all types of personal injury cases including automobile collisions, trucking collisions, workers’ compensation, premises liability, dog attacks and various other torts. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, playing golf, playing basketball and cheering for the Gamecocks.
Connie Gause is a litigation paralegal. She communicates with clients, providers, attorneys, and court personnel. She manages the litigation docket, categorizes evidence and assists firm attorneys during jury trials. In addition, Connie serves as an administrative assistant to the partners of the firm and is the IT Support Coordinator to ensure that the firms’ computer networking system is functioning to its fullest capacity. Connie has been in the legal field for 24 years. For 15 of those years, she has served as the litigation paralegal in the Columbia office of Harris and Graves, P.A. She enjoys spending time with her family. In her spare time, Connie loves to be creative in anything handmade including artwork, crafts, and cake decorating.
Crystal Taitague is our Receptionist and Customer Service Specialist. Crystal handles all the incoming calls and treats Clients who call as our #1 Priority. Crystal knows that clients are the reason Harris & Graves is in business and we are grateful for all our Clients who we can serve. Crystal enjoys her time with her friends and family and is an advocate supporter of women who are going through Cancer in their life.
Anna Zirkle is a paralegal who has been at Harris & Graves since 2007. She primarily works in pre-litigation case management and also helps in our litigation department when called upon. In her free time she enjoys watching her daughter play soccer, attending USC athletic events with her husband, volunteering in the kitchen at her church and spending time with her beloved Boston Terrier, Penny.
Jennifer Jackson is a pre-litigation Paralegal in Columbia. She communicates with clients, providers and insurance adjusters. Her normal duties include locating, recovering, organizing, and evaluating information such as medical records and bills, lost wage data, and insurance coverage.
Marcia Winters is a paralegal who retired from Harris & Graves several years ago. However, we could not keep her away and she works part-time handling overflow duties involving cases and resolution of settlement issues like subrogation and payment of medical specialists. She enjoys spending time with her family especially her beloved grandchildren and Chihuahua.
Nicole Reynolds is a workers’ compensation paralegal who has been with Harris and Graves since 2015. Her duties include filing various forms with the South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Commission and communicating with clients, adjusters, providers, and attorneys. In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband and her son as well as traveling to new places.
